Ingredients:

• 2-3 oz light rum
  
• Juice of 1 lime (1 oz)
  
• 2 tsp sugar

• Soda water

1) Combine lime, mint, sugar and a splash of soda water in a Collins glass.

2) Get yo’ muddle on

3) Add the rum, add ice, shake it up
